Players who claimed their daily reward today
Bonus programs are nothing new in online gaming. But 9800's daily rewards program takes a different approach — every login is treated as a small opportunity to earn. You might not even play that day; just log in, claim your reward, and go. That's perfectly fine.
For regular 9800 players, the streak bonus is a genuine extra incentive. Log in seven days in a row and the mega reward waiting on Day 7 is significantly larger than a standard daily reward — for Diamond VIP members, it can reach as high as ৳10,000, simply for staying consistent.
9800's cashback system is a favorite among many players. Say you wagered ৳1,000 yesterday and lost ৳300 — this morning, 9800 returns 10% of that loss, i.e. ৳30, straight to your balance. It's not a huge amount on its own, but those small cashback additions month after month can add up to a meaningful sum. Gold and Diamond VIP members receive 15% and 20% cashback respectively.
Many people assume daily rewards are only for high rollers. But 9800's system is built so that even new Bronze-level users earn something every day. ৳50 may not sound like much, but over 30 days, login bonuses alone can add up to ৳1,500 — and that number grows even further once you factor in streak bonuses.
Special Festival Bonus: During Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, or any Bangladeshi national holiday, 9800 offers special daily rewards for players at all levels — which can be double the usual amount or more. So don't forget to log in on those special days.
Frequently Asked Questions About Daily Rewards & Account Management
Yes, 9800 lets you temporarily suspend or permanently close your account on your own. Go to "Settings" → "Responsible Gaming" → "Account Management" and you'll find three options: (1) Temporary Break — lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During this time, no logins or bets are possible, and your daily rewards streak will be paused. (2) Self-Exclusion — for a longer break, with a minimum period of 6 months. (3) Permanent Closure — your account will be fully deleted; if you have a remaining balance, withdrawal must be completed before this takes effect. It is recommended that you withdraw your balance before making any of these changes.
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. If you still have access to your registered email, a reset link will be sent there — that's the quickest way. If both your phone number and email have changed, you'll need to contact customer support directly. The support team will ask you a few verification questions — such as your account registration date, the amount of your last deposit, or your national ID details. Once KYC verification is complete, support will send you a link to set a new password. The whole process typically takes 24–48 hours. To avoid this hassle in the future, keep your email updated in your account settings.
